With a notable career spanning multiple roles with the University of Kansas, Keon Stowers exemplifies a commitment to excellence in philanthropic development and alumni engagement. Joining KU Endowment in 2019 as a Development Officer, he ascended to the role of Associate Development Director, Alumni Association in 2022, serving as a lead fundraiser on the $29.5 million Jayhawk Welcome Center project, showcasing his adeptness in securing major gifts. 

Keon's impact extends beyond his professional achievements; as a former captain of the Kansas football team (c’15), he demonstrated exceptional leadership on and off the field. His tenure with KU Admissions underscores his dedication to diversity and inclusion, having championed recruitment efforts targeting first-generation and underrepresented students.

Patrick Sullivan

Director of Operations and Business Development

Pat has dedicated his career in higher education to lowering classroom material costs for students. He worked closely with publishers, university faculty, administrators, and bookstores to maximize student accessibility and success. His innovative approach to partnerships has resulted in industry-leading cost savings. Pat's strategic insight and customer-first perspective will translate seamlessly at Mass St. Collective.

A Jayhawk and J-School graduate, Pat is extremely proud of his time as a student and his ongoing love for KU sports. Janaye Ebo

Student-Athlete Engagement Coordinator

Janaye Ebo's journey within the Mass St Collective began in August 2023 when she became an intern. Prior to her internship, Janaye honed her skills and expertise in various capacities, laying a solid foundation for her future endeavors.

From her role in recruiting and scouting with Kansas Football to her invaluable contributions as a student assistant within Kansas Athletics, Janaye demonstrated a relentless commitment to excellence. Her time as a Marketing Strategist at Athletes House, a venture initiated by former KU Basketball player Jalen Coleman-Lands, shows her passion for empowering student-athletes through financial literacy.

Matt Baty

A former standout Jayhawk baseball student-athlete, Baty led the Williams Education Fund for nearly four years before returning to Wichita to focus on his business ventures. In addition to his work at the Wichita Sports Forum, Baty hasbeen involved in business development of retail and commercial accounts as well as private banking services, both deposit and loan products.

Dan Beckler

Beckler joined Mass St. in September of 2022 after a three-year stint with Kansas Athletics as Senior Associate AD for Strategic Communications & External Initiatives. Prior to returning to his home state in 2019, Beckler spent 10 years in the National Football League, including nine seasons with the San Francisco 49ers as Director of Football Communications and one with the Tennessee Titans.
