Pat has dedicated his career in higher education to lowering classroom material costs for students. He worked closely with publishers, university faculty, administrators, and bookstores to maximize student accessibility and success. A Jayhawk and J-School graduate, Pat is extremely proud of his time as a student and his ongoing love for KU sports. Pat and his wife, Kari (also a KU grad), have lived in Lawrence for 18 years. They are the proud parents of two daughters - both academic scholar graduates and student-athletes. Their daughters' incredible work and dedication further motivated Pat to join Mass St. Collective and the Blueprint Sports team. The Sullivans are dog lovers! Phog, Frank, Little Dok and Mozzie are KU fans too. Phog and Dok are honored to be Jayhawk Pets of the Month.
Janaye Ebo's journey within the Mass St Collective began in August 2023 when she became an intern. Prior to her internship, Janaye honed her skills and expertise in various capacities, laying a solid foundation for her future endeavors.
From her role in recruiting and scouting with Kansas Football to her invaluable contributions as a student assistant within Kansas Athletics, Janaye demonstrated a relentless commitment to excellence. Her time as a Marketing Strategist at Athletes House, a venture initiated by former KU Basketball player Jalen Coleman-Lands, shows her passion for empowering student-athletes through financial literacy.
Janaye's influence transcended sports, as evidenced by her impactful term as a Social Media Ambassador for esteemed brands such as the NBA, Samsung, and Pepsi. Her creativity continues as a Content Creator for The University of Kansas, where she effectively communicated the university's ethos to a wide audience.
A beacon of leadership on the University of Kansas campus, Janaye spearheaded various organizations including the Sport Management Club and The Eta Iota Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. With a pending graduation from KU, Janaye holds a degree in Sport Management with a minor in business, with two certifications in NIL (Name, Image, Likeness) and Entrepreneurship.
